BlueLine mobile ionizer
The BlueLine AB-10H Ionizer, a mobile and compact solution, has been specifically designed for neutralizing static charges in sensitive environments such as electronics manufacturing and precision instrument industries. With dimensions of 140 x 58 x 140 mm and a weight of 650 g, it offers user-friendly handling.
The device is characterized by its piezoelectric high-voltage power supply, which enables efficient ion generation and is free from electromagnetic interference. An automatic ion balance ensures a stable ionization process without the need for manual adjustments. The discharge needle made from a special alloy promises a long lifespan.
The performance is supported by an integrated, continuously adjustable blower, which allows individual adjustment of the air volume and the blowing angle. Safety aspects are covered by an HV alarm display for monitoring the output voltage. Maintenance of the device is facilitated by the accessibility of the front air flap and the blow-out needle, which should be cleaned every 100 operating hours.
