Ionizing blower 5802i CXL - mobile tabletop model
The Ionizing Air Blower 5802i CXL, manufactured by Simco, is an innovative, portable benchtop model specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments. This device is characterized by its fast and efficient elimination of static charges, with a discharge time of only 1 to 2 seconds and a guaranteed ozone emission of maximum 0.008 ppm. With an ionization range of 300 x 1500 mm, it is ideal for workspaces and small rooms.
The device supports a stationary DC ion emission technology that allows precise self-balancing of the offset voltage to ±3 V. Optionally, through the Novx sensor system, an adjustment to ±1 V can be achieved, allowing even more accurate control. The system also offers real-time feedback for optimal performance under changing environmental conditions.
Due to its compact size (115 x 83 x 61 mm) and the ability to be mounted both on a wall and on a table, the device is particularly versatile. It is also certified for use in ISO class 4 cleanrooms. For additional convenience, the optional Auto-Clean system reduces maintenance by automatically cleaning the emitter points.
Alarm functions and adjustable blower speeds increase operational safety, while FMS interfaces allow for easy integration into existing systems. The device is powered by 24 VDC and is compatible with external AC power supplies, making it a versatile solution for static control.
