2-shelf trolley ESD loading bed 1000 x 600 mm

The 2-tier cart from Fetra, with a load area of 1000 x 600 mm, is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive areas of the electronics industry. This sturdy and versatile transport cart is made of welded steel tube and profile steel, and is powder-coated in slate gray (RAL 7015) to safely dissipate static discharges. The two oil-tight welded steel trays with a 10 mm high edge are also electrically conductive coated, ensuring the safe storage of sensitive components.
With dimensions of 1197 mm depth, 509 mm width, and 908 mm height, and a load capacity of 600 kg, the cart offers ample space and stability for various transport tasks. The heights of the shelves vary between 270 and 900 mm, providing additional flexibility. The 2 swivel and 2 fixed casters are equipped with TPE-ESD tires, which are not only electrically conductive but also offer minimal starting, rolling, and swiveling resistance, making the cart particularly easy to maneuver and quiet.
For maximum safety, the locks on the swivel casters ensure a secure stand. The surface resistance of the cart is between 10^5 and 10^7 Ω, making it ideal for ESD-protected areas. Optionally, Fetra's innovative TOTALSTOP central braking system is available, which allows for ergonomic and safe handling. 2-shelf trolley ESD with steel sheet trays

This workshop trolley offers the perfect combination of stability, safety and comfort and is ideal for use in ESD-sensitive areas:

  • Electrically conductive construction: made of welded tubular steel and sectional steel, powder-coated slate gray RAL 7015 to safely dissipate static discharges.
  • Robust trays: two sheet steel trays with 10 mm high rim, welded to be oil-tight and also powder-coated to be electrically conductive, for safe storage of sensitive components.
  • High-quality castors: 2 swivel castors and 2 fixed castors with TPE-ESD tires (thermoplastic elastomer), electrically conductive and equipped with precision deep-groove ball bearings.
  • Comfortable operation: minimal starting, rolling and swivel resistance for smooth handling. Quiet and smooth running on level floors.
  • Maximum safety: Brakes on the swivel castors ensure a secure footing.
