The 2-tier cart from Fetra is characterized by its robust construction and high functionality, specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive areas of the electronics industry. The cart is made of welded steel tubing and profile steel, slate gray RAL 7015 powder-coated, to safely dissipate static discharges. With a depth of 737 mm, a width of 609 mm, and a height of 867 mm, the cart offers a loading area of 600 x 600 mm and a carrying capacity of 500 kg. Both tiers are equipped with an oil-tight welded steel tray, also conductively coated to ensure safe storage of sensitive components. The wheels of the cart are fitted with TPE-ESD tires and feature precision groove ball bearings, allowing minimal starting, rolling, and swiveling resistance. This ensures smooth and quiet handling on flat floors. Additional safety is provided by the brake on the steering wheels, ensuring a secure stand. Optionally, the cart can be equipped with Fetra's innovative TOTALSTOP central braking system, which offers even higher safety and comfort in operation.
The cart is available in gray, weighs 38 kg, and has a surface resistance of 10^5 - 10^7 Ω.

Innovative, comfortable, ergonomic and safe: the braking system developed by fetra can be easily locked or released with just one footstep. In addition to the rotation of the wheels, the swivel movement of both swivel castors is also securely locked.
