3-shelf trolley ESD loading bed 1000 x 600 mm

The 3-tier cart with a loading area of 1000 x 600 mm, manufactured by Fetra, is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments. This versatile transport cart is characterized by its robust construction with welded steel tube and profile steel, which is electrically conductive powder-coated. The wooden composite panels of the loading areas are made according to DIN 68765, light gray, and have a 5 mm high edge to secure the load.
The total carrying capacity of the cart is 300 kg, with each of the middle and upper tiers able to bear up to 80 kg. The tier heights vary between 207 and 827 mm, allowing for flexible use. With dimensions of 1130 mm depth, 609 mm width, and 1020 mm height, and a total weight of 54 kg, the cart offers a compact yet spacious solution for transport requirements.
The electrical conductivity is ensured by TPE/ESD tires and a surface resistance of 10^5 - 10^7 Ω. Additionally, the flexible caster system, consisting of two swivel and two fixed casters, ensures easy maneuverability. Safety is guaranteed by locks on the swivel casters, which conform to the standard EN 1757-3. Optionally, Fetra's innovative TOTALSTOP central braking system is available, providing additional safety through central locking.
