The Eurokasten Cart ESD 5-Tiers by Fetra is specifically designed for the requirements in ESD-sensitive areas of the electronics industry and offers a secure transportation solution for Euro containers. With a total load capacity of 300 kg and 80 kg per tier, this cart is excellent for transporting heavy loads. The dimensions are 1372 x 685 x 1686 mm (LxWxH) with a loading area of 1240 x 610 mm.
The robust construction of welded steel tube and profile steel is electrostatically conductive and powder-coated in slate gray (RAL 7015). The shelves are made from conductive wood-based panels and offer additional safety with a rim approximately 7 mm high. The tiers are flexibly adjustable with an inclination of either 15° or 30°, making the use versatile.
The four swivel casters are equipped with TPE-ESD tires and feature precision groove ball bearings, which allow a quiet and track-free operation on level floors. Two of the casters are equipped with locks according to EN 1757-3, providing additional stability. The surface resistance is between 10^5 - 10^7 Ω, ensuring compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
