Table plate HPL ESD
The HPL-ESD worktops are specifically designed for retrofitting assembly and laboratory workstations and offer electrostatic volume conductivity that meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. These worktops are made from a chipboard coated with a conductive hard laminate and are conductively bonded to ensure optimal ESD safety. The surface is smooth and the underside has a counterbalance to guarantee stability and durability.
The standard thickness of the boards is 27 mm, with special thicknesses available on request. The volume resistance is between 1 x 10^4 and 1 x 10^9 Ω, and the boards are classified as normally flammable under fire class D-s2. The edges are finished with a grey plastic edge banding that completes the overall design. These features make the HPL-ESD worktops an ideal choice for technical work environments that require both functionality and ESD protection.
