The container for trays ESD produced by UTZ offers an efficient solution for protecting electronic components from electrostatic discharge. With dimensions of 600 x 400 x 220 mm, this container is ideal for the safe storage and transport of electronic assembly parts. It is made from electrically conductive polypropylene and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 as well as the IEC standard, which guarantees the prevention of static charges.
The surface of the container has a resistance of 10^4 to 10^11 Ohm, making it particularly resistant to electrostatic influences. Additionally, the container is volume conductive and comes in an unobtrusive black. It accommodates up to five trays each with a height of 22 mm, thus enabling optimal space utilization.
This sturdy and reliable container not only protects against electrostatic damage but also against mechanical damage, contamination, and moisture.
