Product Info

The intermediate layer PP with 3 mm PE foam insert from EPAstore, manufactured by DPV, is a highly functional solution for protecting and handling sensitive materials in Euro containers. This product combines extruded polypropylene (PP) and conductive PE foam, making it particularly abrasion-resistant and electrostatically conductive. The intermediate layer meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and provides effective prevention against electrostatic discharges.
With a size of 550 x 350 mm and a thickness of 6 mm, as well as a weight of 600 g/m², the intermediate layer is robustly constructed. It features a hollow chamber structure and is available in black. The type D grip cutouts facilitate removal from containers sized 600x400. The surface of the material is volume conductive with a resistance of 10^6 Ω, ensuring the safe handling of electronic components.
The intermediate layer is available in three different versions with varying grip options to meet the requirements of different application scenarios. This makes it a versatile and essential component in technical and logistical processes.
