PE foam, dissipative 253x153x6 mm
The offered PE foam measures 253x153x6 mm and is made from high-quality polyethylene with a density of 46 kg/cm³. This foam is electrostatically conductive and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments. The color of the material is black.The closed-cell, cross-linked structure of the foam makes it corrosion-free and abrasion-resistant. It is available with or without a skin side, where the typical surface resistance on the skin side is between 10^5 and 10^6 Ohm, and on the non-skin side between 10^7 and 10^8 Ohm.
The foam is excellently suited as plug-in foam, an interlayer or a web wall for containers, as well as a workstation pad. The maximum operating temperature of the material is 90 °C, highlighting its versatility in various application areas.
