The PE foam with dimensions 253x153x6 mm is a high-quality, electrostatically conductive material characterized by its closed-cell, cross-linked structure. This corrosion-free and abrasion-resistant foam in black meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and provides an effective solution for various applications such as insert foam, interlayers, and partition walls for containers, as well as a workplace mat.
The surface resistances vary depending on the side: The skin side has a resistance of 10^5 to 10^6 Ohms, while the non-skin side shows a resistance of 10^7 to 10^8 Ohms. Made from polyethylene, the foam has a material density of 46 kg/cm³ and can be used in environments with operating temperatures up to 90 °C. Its dimensions and electrostatic conductivity make it an ideal choice for technical applications in sensitive electronic environments.
