This high-quality PE foam with dimensions of 300x300x6 mm is electrostatically dissipative and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The material is cross-linked, closed-cell, and offers a long lifespan due to its corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. The black color of the foam highlights its practical application in various areas such as insert foam, interlayers, and partition walls for containers, as well as work surface mats.
The technical properties include a typical surface resistance of 10^5 to 10^7 Ohm. The side with skin shows a resistance of 10^5 to 10^6 Ohm, while the side without skin exhibits a resistance of 10^7 to 10^8 Ohm. The material polyethylene has a density of 46 kg/cm³ and can be used in a temperature range up to 90 °C.
