The PE foam with dimensions 353x253x6 mm is made from high-quality polyethylene and is characterized by its electrostatic dissipative capability. This closed-cell, cross-linked foam is corrosion-free and abrasion-resistant, making it exceptionally durable. With a material density of 46 kg/cm³ and a maximum operating temperature of 90 °C, it is robust against environmental influences.
The surface of the foam offers a typical resistance of 10^5 to 10^7 ohms. On the skin side, the resistance ranges from 10^5 to 10^6 ohms, while the non-skin side shows a resistance of 10^7 to 10^8 ohms. These properties make it ideal for applications that comply with ESD standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, such as plug-in foam, interlayers for containers, partition walls for containers, and workplace mats.
In classic black, the PE foam not only offers technical advantages but also an attractive appearance for any application area.
