The electrostatically conductive PE foam with dimensions of 353x253x6 mm is made from high-quality polyethylene and is characterized by its closed-cell, cross-linked structure. This material is corrosion-free and abrasion-resistant, which makes it particularly durable. The black color of the foam highlights its quality composition.
The conductivity of the foam meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, with the typical surface resistance on the skin side between 10^5 and 10^6 Ohm, and on the non-skin side between 10^7 and 10^8 Ohm. These properties make the foam ideal for use as plug-in foam, interlayers, and partition walls for containers, as well as a workstation pad in ESD-sensitive environments.
The material has a density of 46 kg/cm³ and can be used in environments with an operating temperature of up to 90 °C. The PE foam thus provides a reliable solution for various industrial requirements.
