The offered PE foam with dimensions of 750x550x10 mm is characterized by its electrostatic discharge capability and complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. This product is made of high-quality polyethylene, has a material density of 46 kg/cm³, and can be used up to an operating temperature of 90 °C. The color of the foam is black.
The closed-cell structure makes the foam corrosion-free and abrasion-resistant. It is excellently suited as plug-in foam, intermediate layers, or web walls for containers, as well as a workstation underlay. The typical surface resistance varies depending on the side: on the side with skin, it is between 10^5 and 10^6 Ohm, on the side without skin between 10^7 and 10^8 Ohm.
Due to its versatile applications and technical properties, this PE foam is an excellent choice for applications that require reliable electrostatic discharge capability.
