The PP partition wall from EPAstore, manufactured by DPV, is distinguished by its precise dimensions of 353 mm in length and 80 mm in height. With a thickness of 3 mm and a grid of 41 mm, this product allows for an efficient subdivision into 8 sections using 7 slots, without outer webs, enabling flexible use in Euro containers of sizes 600 x 400 mm and 400 x 300 mm. The material is made of black polypropylene in a hollow chamber construction, which not only provides high stability but also volume conductivity according to DIN EN 61340-5-1. This makes the partition wall ideal for applications where electrostatic discharges must be avoided. The surface resistance is Rs 10^6 Ω and the weight is 600 g/m². By using robust and lightweight material, the PP partition wall offers a durable and reliable solution for organizing and safely storing materials in various industrial environments.
In order to satisfy the constantly increasing requirements in electronics manufacturing you must protect your components against electrostatic discharge.
The ESD-safe parting inserts for Euro containers complete your workstation.
Parting inserts facilitate the removal of components to be processed from containers. Cut-outs can be adapted to your requirements. You will find hereinafter our standard parting inserts for the most common applications.
