The CORSTAT Tray COR-20.CTR.as by Kolb is a highly functional solution for the safe transport and storage of sensitive components. This version of the tray is equipped with a conductive, pink foam insert that has a thickness of 2 mm (tolerance +/- 0.5 mm), ideal for cushioning and protecting electronics from electrostatic discharges.The internal dimensions of the tray are 499 x 330 x 28 mm, while the external dimensions are 550 x 346 x 31 mm, making it compatible with Euro containers of sizes 400 x 300 mm and 600 x 400 mm, as well as Customer-Store containers.
The surfaces of the tray are coated and sealed to be electrostatically conductive both inside and out, providing electrostatic shielding of 10 nJ and are additionally coated on the outside with a water-repellent and scratch-resistant coating.
The trays are recyclable and feature stack lug reinforcement for increased stability. The surface resistance of the tray ranges from 10^5 to 10^6 Ohm, representing an efficient ESD protection solution.
