The CORSTAT Tray COR-30.CTR.as from Kolb is a highly functional solution for the safe storage and transport of sensitive electronic components. This product is characterized by its internally and externally electrostatically conductive coating, which is additionally protected externally by a water-repellent and scratch-resistant seal. The inner and outer surface of the tray has a surface resistance of Rs = 10^7 - 10^8 Ohm and offers electrostatic shielding of 10 nJ. The special model COR-30.CTR.as includes a 2 mm thick, pink foam insert that is conductive and has a tolerance of +/- 0.5 mm. The external dimensions of the tray are 550 x 346 x 73 mm, while the internal dimensions are 499 x 330 x 70 mm. This size makes it compatible with standard Euro containers of sizes 400 x 300 mm and 600 x 400 mm, as well as Customer-Store containers. The material of the tray, a recyclable corrugated cardboard, contributes to environmental friendliness, while the stacking lug reinforcement offers increased stability.
