The CORSTAT Tray COR-30.CTR.el, manufactured by Kolb, is a highly functional solution for protecting sensitive electronic components. This tray is made from corrugated cardboard that is coated with an electrostatically conductive material both inside and out. Additionally, the exterior is protected with a water-repellent and scratch-resistant layer, which enhances the tray's durability.The trays are fully recyclable and feature reinforced stacking lugs for improved stackability. The electrostatic shielding is 10 nJ, ensuring safe transport and storage of sensitive components.
The specific model COR-30.CTR.el includes a conductive foam insert in black with a thickness of 1.5 mm (with a tolerance of +/- 0.5 mm), providing additional protection. The trays are compatible with Euro containers of sizes 400 x 300 mm and 600 x 400 mm, as well as with Customer-Store containers.
