The EPApack [M] conductive air cushion bags, made from amine-free, recyclable polyethylene, offer an optimal packaging solution for the safe transport of sensitive electronic components. These pink bags measure 200 x 250 mm and consist of a three-layer film structure with smooth outer and inner surfaces, which is both weldable and compliant with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
The material contains about 35% PIR recyclate, which reduces environmental impact without compromising protective properties. Each bag features a 50 mm flap and offers a fast discharge time of up to 2 seconds. The surface resistance is between 10^10 and 10^11 Ohm. These product features ensure high conductivity and reliable protection against electrostatic discharges.
The bags are packable in cartons of 250 pieces and are equipped with a bubble diameter of 10 mm and a bubble height of 4 mm. The thickness of the film is 0.1 mm. Please note that these air cushion bags are not resealable.
