HIGHSHIELD air bubble bags 150 x 225 mm

The HIGHSHIELD bubble bags measuring 150 x 225 mm feature a triple-layer film construction, providing excellent electrostatic shielding of less than 5 nJ. These bags are made from Highshield and Permastat materials, ensuring a surface and volume resistance between 10^9 and 10^10 Ohm, according to DIN EN 100 015/1 and IEC standards.
The exterior is made of smooth HIGHSHIELD film, while the interior is made of PERMASTAT® film, both materials support effective shielding against electrostatic discharges. These bubble bags are recyclable and come without any print, making them ideal for a variety of applications where clean and clear packaging is required.
The bags are not sealable and not resealable, making them particularly suitable for single-use applications. With an additional 50 mm flap, they provide ample space for safe packaging and shipping of sensitive products.
