DRY-Shield ESD protective bag DPV-2000 102x152 mm
The DRY-Shield ESD Protection Bag DPV-2000 from EPApack, manufactured by DPV, is a highly functional shielding and barrier bag specifically designed for the safe packaging of electro-sensitive components. Measuring 102 x 152 mm and with a thickness of 0.09 mm, this bag provides robust protection against moisture and electrostatic discharges. The material consists of an effective multilayer of dissipative polyethylene and polyester, supplemented by an aluminum-coated polyester film, which ensures a water vapor permeability of only 0.31 g/m².
The electrostatic shielding is below 15 nJ, with a maximum discharge time of 0.03 seconds, and the surface resistance is less than 10^11 Ω, making the bag ideal for applications that must meet strict ESD protection requirements, including standards MIL-PRF-81705 and ANSI/ESD STM11.31. Additionally, the bag is vacuum-sealable and weldable, but not resealable.
