DRY-Shield ESD protective bag DPV-2000 203 x 254 mm
The DRY-Shield ESD Protection Bag DPV-2000 by EPApack, manufactured by DPV, is a highly functional shielding and barrier bag specifically designed to protect sensitive components from moisture and electrostatic discharges. With dimensions of 203 x 254 mm and a thickness of 0.09 mm, this bag combines a multilayer of dissipative polyethylene and polyester with an aluminum-coated polyester film to provide an excellent barrier against water vapor and electrostatic charges.
The electrostatic shielding is below 15 nJ, and the discharge time is a maximum of 0.03 seconds, confirming compliance with MIL-PRF-81705, ANSI/ESD STM11.31, and DIN EN 61340-5-1 standards. The surface resistance of the material is less than 10^11 Ω, and the water vapor permeability is extremely low at 0.31 g/m².
Additionally, the bag is vacuum-sealable and weldable, though not resealable. It is free of amines and lead, making it an environmentally friendly packaging option. The bag is printed with the ESD warning symbol, moisture symbol, type designation, recycling symbol, LOT number, and the RoHS symbol, ensuring clear communication and compliance with safety standards. The bags are supplied in packaging units of 100 pieces.
