The DRY-Shield ESD Protection Bag DPV-2000 from DPV, offered under the brand EPApack, is a highly functional shielding and barrier bag specifically designed for the protection of sensitive electronic components. With dimensions of 203 x 305 mm and a thickness of 0.09 mm, this bag offers a reliable solution against moisture and electrostatic discharges.
The innovative composition of dissipative polyethylene and aluminum-deposited polyester film ensures electrostatic shielding of less than 15 nJ and a surface resistance of less than 10^11 Ω. These characteristics meet the standards of MIL-PRF-81705 and ANSI/ESD STM11.31.
In addition to being vacuum-sealable and weldable, the bag is amine- and lead-free, making it an environmentally friendly packaging option. The bag is not resealable, ensuring the security of the contents after the first seal. The water vapor permeability is at a minimal 0.31 g/m², further enhancing moisture protection.
Each bag features the ESD warning symbol, the moisture symbol, the type designation, the recycling symbol, the LOT number, and the RoHS symbol as standard print, ensuring clear and standard-compliant labeling.
