DRY-Shield ESD protective bag DPV-2000 406 x 660 mm
The DRY-Shield ESD protective bag DPV-2000 from DPV, marketed under the brand EPApack, is a highly functional shielding and barrier bag. With dimensions of 406 x 660 mm and a thickness of 0.09 mm, this bag combines a multilayer of dissipative polyethylene and polyester with an aluminum-coated polyester film, to provide optimal protection against moisture and electrostatic charges. The electrostatic shielding is below 15 nJ and the surface resistance is less than 10^11 Ω, making it compliant with MIL-PRF-81705 and ANSI/ESD STM11.31 standards.
The moisture vapor transmission rate is only 0.31 g/m², which makes the bag particularly effective against moisture. Additionally, the bag is vacuum sealable and weldable, but not resealable. It is free of amines and lead, making it an environmentally friendly choice. Each bag is printed with the ESD warning symbol, the moisture symbol, the type designation, the recycling symbol, the LOT number, and the RoHS symbol. Each packaging unit contains 100 pieces of these protective bags.
