Dissipative packaging bags DPV-3006 300 x 400 x 0.06 mm
The conductive packaging bags Type DPV-3006 from EPApack provide an efficient solution for the safe packaging and transportation of sensitive electronic components. These bags measure 300 mm in width, 400 mm in length, and have a thickness of 0.06 mm. They are made from polyethylene, which not only makes them amine-free and recyclable, but also ensures high resistance to chemical influences and temperatures with a melting point of 116 °C and a self-ignition temperature of 420 °C.
The bags comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, are pink and transparent, and offer a surface resistance of less than 10^11 Ω. They are not resealable, but are weldable, which ensures secure storage and protection against static charge with a maximum discharge time of 2 seconds. The products are designed for a maximum storage duration of three years at an ambient temperature above 23 °C and a humidity level above 20%.
Each carton contains 500 pieces of these bags, printed with the type designation, ESD warning symbol, recycling symbol, and LOT number, to ensure clear labeling and traceability.
