Dissipative tubular film 130 mm x 250 m
The conductive hose film type DPV-3000 is designed for technical applications where ESD protection according to the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 is required. This hose film measures 130 mm in width and 250 m in length, with a thickness of 0.1 mm and a diameter of 85 mm. The material consists of pink, transparent polyethylene, which is both recyclable and amine-free.
The film is sealable, ensuring secure packaging, and has a surface resistance of 10^10 Ω. It is characterized by its fast discharge time of a maximum of 2 seconds and is not resealable. The type designation, an ESD warning symbol, and the LOT number are standardly printed on the film, enabling clear identification.
With proper storage, the shelf life of the film is 3 years. This product offers an efficient solution for applications where both antistatic properties and transparency and environmental compatibility are required.
