Dissipative tubular film 300 mm x 250 m
The conductive hose film type DPV-3000 is a high-quality packaging material specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments. This polyethylene film measures 300 mm in width and has a roll length of 250 m with a thickness of 0.1 mm. It is characterized by its pink, transparent color and its dissipative as well as antistatic properties, which comply with the DIN EN 61340-5-1 standard.
The film is sealable, but not resealable, and has a surface resistance of 10^10 Ω. The maximum discharge time is 2 seconds, allowing for efficient handling in protected work areas. Additionally, the material is recyclable and offers a shelf life of up to 3 years when properly stored. The standard print includes the type designation, the ESD warning symbol, and the LOT number, ensuring clear identification and traceability.
