The EPA®vacuboy ESD vacuum packaging machine, manufactured by Komet, is a high-quality tabletop unit specifically designed for vacuum packaging sensitive electronic components. With a chamber size of 360 x 380 x 140 mm and a sealing length of 350 mm, this model offers efficient handling of various packaging sizes. The device features a robust stainless steel construction and is equipped with conductive feet and insert plates, making it ideal for ESD-sensitive applications.The integrated PerfectPlus control allows for consistent and reproducible vacuum through sensor-controlled electronics, regardless of product and chamber size. Additionally, the machine includes a high-performance vacuum pump with a capacity of 10 m³ per hour, a vacuum stop button, and the option for nitrogen gas flushing, which further optimizes the packaging process. Other features such as soft air return, adjustable sealing times, 10 individually storable user programs, an operation hours counter, and password protection complete the functionality.
The EPA®vacuboy is equipped with a curved Plexiglas lid that allows clear visibility of the packaging process and facilitates operation. The dimensions of the device are 410 mm in width, 500 mm in depth, and a height of 360 mm with the lid closed, and 760 mm with the lid open. The weight is 44 kg.
