The ESD-EC electric screwdriver CS503 from Kilews is an advanced EC screw system designed for maximum safety and precision in screwdriving tasks. This device allows for direct measurement recording through integrated torque and angle sensors, ensuring precise control over the screwdriving process. It supports various screwdriving strategies and procedures, including multi-stage screw processes and torque measurement.
The screwdriver is equipped with a torque range of 0.4 to 3.0 Nm and offers a no-load speed of up to 1600 rpm in High mode and 60 rpm in Low mode. Weighing 900 g and with a length of 307 mm, the device is handy and robust. It features an ESD-safe design with a grounded bit and integrated white LED lighting that optimally illuminates the work area.
Additional features include screw counting, process monitoring, and a direction switch. The electric screwdriver offers various start modes, including lever and push start, and is designed for use with Type B bits and a 1/4" 6.35 mm socket. The torque setting is continuously adjustable, with an accuracy of 7.5%.
Please note that the appropriate control unit must be ordered separately. Developed in Germany and produced in Taiwan, this screwdriver represents the ideal solution for demanding assembly work where precision and safety are paramount.
