ESD electric screwdriver BN203L
The Kilews BN203L ESD Electric Screwdriver from the BN 200 series features brushless technology, making it ideal for cleanroom environments as it does not release carbon dust. This model is equipped with a lever start and operates at a voltage of 32 VDC with a power output of 25 W. The screwdriver offers a torque range from 0.02 to 0.34 Nm and enables a high no-load speed of 1000 RPM and a low speed of 700 RPM.
The length of the device is 230 mm, and it weighs 310 g. The accuracy of ±3% ensures precise operation. The bit type is a hexagon measuring 6.35 mm. The device is suitable for thread screws sized from 1.0 to 2.3 and for self-tapping screws from 1.0 to 2.0. Note that the power supply/controller model SKP-32BC-60W is available separately.
Optional features such as screw counting and soft start are available, but not for the model SKD-BN203LS5. Additionally, the model SKD-BN203 offers eight different speed settings.
