The Quicher/Ohtake Screw Feeder NSR-12 is specifically designed for handling screws of size M 1.2, but it can also process metric, inch, and self-tapping screws. The device offers a high processing speed of up to 2 screws per second and can handle screws with a maximum thread length of 20 mm. The screw feeder is equipped with an adjustable bit guide that allows for precise positioning of the screws, and features interchangeable feed rails of the NSR type.
The vibration strength of the device can be adjusted to meet the varying requirements of screw processing. It can also handle screws with a washer or spring washer. The dimensions of the base unit are 123 mm in width, 181 mm in length, and 148 mm in height, with a filling volume of 80 cm³. The electrical connection is made via 240V 50/60 Hz, with an AC adapter included in the delivery and an internal voltage of DC 15V - 1A provided.
