PoSy80 base frame with column
The PoSy80 base frame with column is a highly developed positioning system designed for precise tool guidance in the screwing of components. It allows for the accurate determination of any position on the X, Y, and optionally Z axes within a swivel range with a precision of up to 0.01 mm. The system can store up to 80 positions and is suitable for use with electric, EC, and pneumatic screwdrivers.
The Parallel Support Arm PoSy-80, part of this system, features a span of approximately 960 mm and a maximum torque of 80 Nm. The tool holder is suitable for tools with a diameter of 32 to 45 mm, while the column height is 600 mm. The support arm offers connections for compressed air with a 6 mm plug connection and can withstand a pressure of 6 bar.
Additionally, the system is equipped with the PoSy3D-Box, which includes an SSI absolute encoder and thus does not require a machine zero point. The depth measurement is approximately 0.5 mm, and the swivel range can be extended from 500 mm to up to 800 mm. The PoSy3D-Box supports the control of any electric screwdriver as well as pneumatic screwdrivers with the DL-C-Box 101 and offers multiple interfaces for programming and control.
The robust construction of the support arm is fully ball-bearing, extremely torsion-resistant, and can absorb reaction moments. The pneumatic cylinder is adjustable for different tool weights, and the system can be expanded to a 3-axis positioning system.
