Magnifying lamp MAGNIFYING LED

The Ideal-tek LE-WWE5D MAGNIFYING LED magnifier lamp is distinguished by a variety of high-quality technical specifications, making it particularly suitable for use in environments with sensitive electronic components. With an adjustable color temperature from 3500 K to 6500 K and an illumination intensity of 6500 Lux, this lamp provides optimal viewing conditions. The large glass lens measures 190 x 158 mm and offers 5 diopters for distortion-free viewing, allowing for a magnification of 2.25x.
The lamp features a touch-sensitive brightness control and a fully covered, spring-balanced arm of 800 mm length, which allows for flexible 360° swivel movement. This ensures an extended working area without pinch hazards. The ESD-safe coating protects against electrostatic discharges, making the LE-WWE5D particularly safe to handle.
It is important to note that the ESD-safe paint of the lamp should not be cleaned with alcohol-based cleaners in order to preserve the integrity of the coating. Instead, the use of a soft cotton cloth is recommended. Weighing 2300 g and operating at 230 V, this black LED magnifier lamp is a reliable choice for precise work.

Magnifier lamp LED MAGNIFYING

MAGNIFYING magnifier light from Ideal-Tek

The Ideal-tek LED magnifier lights have an attractive design and an ESD-safe coating. This prevents damage to sensitive components caused by electrostatic discharge. With a 190 x 158 mm lens and 5 diopters, the magnifying lights provide a large and distortion-free field of view.

Magnifier lights reduce eye strain and fatigue and allow the user to improve their efficiency when inspecting down to the smallest detail. The spring-balanced arm with a swivel range of 360 degrees can be adjusted to any position. A cover on the spring arm prevents fingers from being crushed.

Version with UV

In addition to the standard LEDs, it also offers ultraviolet LEDs. These operate at 365 nm and can be used to examine protective coatings, tiny cracks, dust and other particles on circuit boards, holograms, documents, identification of gemstones or other materials.

Version with HD camera 1080p

In addition to the standard functions, the version with camera inspection system offers direct image display on an HDMI monitor, as well as image and video recording on a supplied microSD card. Additionally with USB output. Thanks to these functions, team members can observe in real time while the user performs the inspection through the lens.

Product maintenance

ESD paint is not suitable for cleaning with alcohol-based cleaning agents. The ESD-safe properties of the paint will be damaged and some of the paint will be removed. Paint should only be cleaned with a soft cotton cloth.

WARNING: UV RADIATION HAZARD with the UV version

This lamp emits UVA radiation (365 nm). Prolonged contact can lead to eye and skin damage.

To reduce the risk:

  • Wear UV safety goggles and gloves
  • Avoid direct UV radiation to the eyes.
  • Maintain a safe distance and limit exposure time
  • Use protective barriers where possible.
     

Failure to observe these precautions may result in injury.
