The TORX interchangeable slimBit 2831 VDE T8 by Wiha is specifically designed for use in electrical applications. Thanks to the innovative slimTECHNOLOGY with integrated protective insulation, the blade is up to 33% slimmer than conventional models, facilitating access to deep-set screws without compromising safety. This technology allows for effortless reach of even hard-to-access screw and spring elements.
The interchangeable blade is exclusively compatible with the slimTorque VDE bit holder and supports a maximum torque capacity of 1.3 Nm. With a length of 75 mm and a shaft diameter of 6.0 mm, the blade is robust and precise. It is tested according to the international standard IEC 60900 and approved for work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC.
This tool not only increases your safety with protected access to deep-set screws but also saves space with its extensive interchangeable bit system. Each blade is individually tested at 10,000 V AC to ensure the highest safety standards. Weighing only 8 g, it is lightweight and easy to handle.
