The TORX slimBit 2831 VDE T9 from Wiha is specifically designed for use in electrical applications and offers up to 33% slimmer blade execution thanks to the innovative slimTECHNOLOGY. This technology integrates the protective insulation directly into the blade, allowing for safe and efficient access to deeply set screws without the need to remove the insulation.
The blade is intended for use with the slimTorque VDE bit holder and meets the international standard IEC 60900. It has been individually tested at 10,000 V AC and is approved for work up to 1,000 V AC. With a length of 75 mm and a shaft diameter of 6.0 mm, it provides optimal handling. The Torx T9 tip and the maximum torque of 1.3 Nm enable precise work.
In addition to its functional design, the blade weighs only 8 g, which facilitates handling during assembly and disassembly and supports the extensive interchangeable bit system, thereby saving valuable space in the tool box.
