The Wera 7440-ESD torque screwdriver is a highly precise tool designed specifically for applications where electrostatic discharge must be avoided. The device features an adjustable torque range from 0.3 to 1.2 Nm and offers an accuracy of +/- 6% with fine adjustment of 0.05 Nm, allowing for precise adaptation to specific requirements.
The screwdriver includes a Rapidaptor quick-release chuck, which facilitates the exchange of bits with a 1/4" hex drive and meets the standards DIN ISO 1173-C 6.3 and E 6.3. The multi-component Kraftform handle provides ergonomic comfort and prevents unwanted rolling of the tool with its hexagon roll-off protection.
The total length of the screwdriver is 155 mm with a handle length of 105 mm. Thanks to a surface resistance of ≤ 10⁹ Ohm, the tool meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 ESD and is thus ideally suited for use in sensitive electronic environments.
