The portable Charged Plate Monitor Desco 19494 is a precise, handy measuring instrument specifically designed for checking the offset voltage and discharge times of air ionizers. This device is designed according to the standards ANSI/ESD SP3.3 and ESD TR53, offering measurement ranges from ±1000 V to ±100 V. Thanks to its compact dimensions (70 x 30 x 174 mm) and a low weight of only 0.24 kg, it is ideally suited for mobile use in industrial environments.
The 19494 is characterized by its user-friendliness and a non-reflective LCD display. A special feature is the head that can be tilted by 180°, facilitating measurement in hard-to-reach places. The device's plate measures 70 x 32 mm. Two AA batteries are required for power supply, ensuring flexible and easy handling during operation.
Additional features include a grounding cable and a handy carrying case, which ensure the safe transport and storage of the monitor. Each device is NIST-calibrated and comes with a corresponding certificate, confirming the accuracy and reliability of the measurements.
