The ring electrode model 880 is specifically designed for measuring leakage and volume resistance according to DIN EN 61340-2-3 ESD. It features a conductive contact rubber with a resistance of less than 5 ohms, which is enriched with silver particles. The total resistance per electrode is less than 30 ohms. The standard weight of the electrode is 2.5 kg, but it can be adjusted with additional weights, such as model 850 or H 116.
Included in the delivery are a counter electrode, consisting of a stainless steel plate and an insulating plate, as well as a conductive transport case, which ensures the safe transport and storage of the electrode. For optimal performance and precision, a calibration interval of 12 months or according to the respective test equipment list is recommended.
