EPApro® Personnel Tester 1000 wall-mounted device HID
The EPApro® ESD Personnel Tester 1000 Wall Unit HID, manufactured by DPV, is a state-of-the-art solution for verifying personnel grounding in ESD-protected work areas. This compact wall unit, equipped with a 7 inch HD touch color display and an integrated Multi-RFID reader type HID Prox, enables efficient and standard-compliant monitoring of ESD safety equipment. With a width of 180 mm, height of 100 mm, and length of 265 mm, the device offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
The device supports simultaneous measurement of shoes and wrist straps with a test time of less than 2 seconds. It features configurable thresholds and a test voltage adjustable between 30 and 100 V. Results can be logged directly on the device or via the optional EPApro® Control Server. Data retention is GDPR compliant, and the device is certified according to DIN EN ISO 61340-5-1 and ANSI ESD S20.20.
Networking via LAN or an optional WLAN adapter, as well as easy integration into existing personnel access control systems, make it a flexible solution for companies. The device has a recommended calibration interval of 24 months and operates in a temperature range of 10 to 40 °C. The package includes a shoe electrode, a power supply, an instruction manual, and a factory calibration certificate.
