PCSA 1 ESD assembly frame

The PCSA 1 ESD assembly frame is specifically designed for mass production, to facilitate the placement and soldering of printed circuits. This assembly frame accommodates a maximum PCB size of 270 x 220 mm. The circuit boards are securely placed between two adjustable guide rails and fixed with braking knurled nuts. A special feature is the removable middle bar, which allows for flexible use of the workspace.
After assembly, a cover plate with ESD foam insert protects the components and keeps them in place with an adjustable distance to the frame. The lid of the frame closes by spring force and allows for easy restoration of the working position by swinging up and rotating the holder.
The assembly frame meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and ensures safe fixation of the components during soldering and cutting. Additionally, the frame can be easily removed and transported to the next workstation, making it an ideal tool for efficient manufacturing processes.
