This custom replacement blade for the Hektor separator is made of high-quality special steel and enables precise cuts without turning the circuit board. It is ideal for small web distances and for punching out webs at the edges. The blade width is individually manufactured according to customer specifications to ensure a perfect fit and prevent jamming. Available in various standard and special widths.

- Milling groove width (A): ≥1.5 to ≥3.0 mm
- Recommended blade thickness (B): 1.35 to 2.85 mm
- Blade length (C): 12.0 to 18.0 mm
- Cutting length (D): 4.7 to 5.7 mm
- Component clearance solder side (E): >15.0 to >19.0 mm
- Milling groove length (F): >13.0 to >19.0 mm
- Web width (G): 2.5 to 3.0 mm
