The MAESTRO 2 from CAB is a manually operated depaneling tool specifically designed for the fast and economical separation of printed circuit boards. This model is characterized by its compact design, which requires only a small working area, making it ideal for smaller needs. The boards are manually pushed through titanium-coated roller blades, allowing for precise and clean separation.
The technical specifications include a width of 195 mm, a height of 330 mm, and a depth of 620 mm. The maximum remaining thickness is 0.8 mm, while the scoring depth is at 0.25 mm. The depaneler can process circuit boards with a thickness of up to 3.2 mm and a cutting length between 15 and 300 mm. Operating temperatures range from 10 to 35 °C, while storage and transport temperatures range from 0 to 60 °C and -25 to 60 °C, respectively. The permissible air humidity is 10 to 85%.
For applications with critical components, CAB also offers solutions to reduce strain. Safety is ensured by the precise adjustment of the distance between the hold-down and the guide, ensuring that the circuit board is guided exclusively along the score groove.
