PCB separator MAESTRO 3E / 450 manual
The manual depaneling tool MAESTRO 3E / 450 by CAB offers an efficient solution for separating panelized PCBs up to a maximum length of 450 mm. This device is characterized by its adaptability, as the support table and the shelf are continuously adjustable to achieve the optimal working position. Additionally, the adjustable distance between the linear blade and the shelf allows the edge strips to fall through and be sorted out.
The operation of the device is safe and precise: The PCB is placed on the linear blade and the circular blade is manually guided over the score line, adjusting the distance between the hold-down and the linear blade so that only the score line is separated. Interrupted score lines can also be processed.
