The depaneling machine MAESTRO 3E / 450 manual allows for precise separation of PCB panels, both small and large formats. Thanks to the continuously adjustable support table and the shelf, an optimal working position can be achieved, and the distance between the linear blade and the shelf can be adjusted so that edge strips can be sorted out separately. Safe handling is ensured by placing the PCB with the score line on the linear blade and manually pulling the rotary blade across the PCB. The distance between the hold-down and the linear blade is configured so that only the score line is separated. Slots can interrupt the score line, and if necessary, the linear blade can be notched for protruding components.
