The manual depaneling tool MAESTRO 3E / 450, manufactured by CAB, is specifically designed for separating scored printed circuit boards, both in small and large quantities. This device offers a maximum cutting length of 450 mm and features an adjustable work surface, with both the support table and the shelf being continuously adjustable to achieve an optimal working position. The adjustment of the distance between the linear blade and the shelf allows the edge strips to fall through, ensuring efficient sorting.
For safe handling, the scored PCB is placed on the linear blade and the circular blade is manually drawn across the board. The distance between the hold-down and the linear blade is adjustable, ensuring that only the scored line is separated. Interrupted scored lines can also be processed, increasing flexibility.
The technical specifications include a width of 350 mm, height of 455 mm, depth of 700 mm, and a weight of 22 kg. The maximum remaining thickness of the PCB is 0.8 mm with a PCB thickness of up to 3.2 mm. Additionally, the device is designed for an operating temperature of 10 - 35 °C, with a storage and transport temperature range of 0 - 60 °C and -25 - 60 °C, and a humidity of 10 - 85 %.
