PCB separator MAESTRO 4S / 450 for FR4 PCBs
The MAESTRO 4S / 450 depanelizer, manufactured by CAB, is specifically designed for stress-free separation of pre-scored FR4 circuit boards. This device is distinguished by its ability to safely separate sensitive components right next to the score groove. With a maximum circuit board thickness of 3.2 mm and the capability to process aluminum circuit boards, the MAESTRO 4S offers high flexibility.
The separation length is 450 mm, and the device features a rolling blade on top, specifically suitable for FR4 circuit boards. By repeatedly passing over the score groove in up to five programmable steps between 0.6 mm and 0.05 mm, tensile and compressive stresses are minimized, reducing the risk of damage to adjacent components. A slight increase in blade distance can significantly reduce stress.
