PCB separator MAESTRO 4S / 450 for FR4 PCBs
The depanelizer MAESTRO 4S / 450, manufactured by CAB, is specifically designed for stress-free separation of pre-scored FR4 circuit boards. This model is distinguished by its ability to protect sensitive components right next to the score line by traversing the score line in up to five programmable steps from 0.6 mm to 0.05 mm. The ability to store up to eight programs via the control panel increases flexibility in use.
Technically, the MAESTRO 4S supports both FR4 and aluminum circuit boards with a thickness of up to 3.2 mm and a separation length of 450 mm. The separation speed can be switched between 300 and 500 mm/s, with the device equipped with a rotary blade on the assembly side and a linear blade on the solder side. The integrated motor drive optimizes the separation process to minimize tensile and compressive stresses and protect the components near the score line from damage.
Included with the depanelizer itself are a power cable, a foot switch, a hex key, a support table including mounting kit, a measuring device, and an instruction manual in German and English. With dimensions of 702 x 434 x 425 mm and a weight of 38 kg, the MAESTRO 4S is both robust and compact. The operating conditions include an ambient temperature of 10 to 35 °C and a humidity of 10 to 85%.
