PCB separator MAESTRO 4S / 450 for aluminum PCBs
The depaneling machine MAESTRO 4S / 450, manufactured by CAB, is specifically designed for stress-free separation of pre-scored aluminum PCBs. This model allows for precise and safe separation of circuit boards up to 3.2 mm thick and with a maximum cutting length of 450 mm. The innovative technology of the MAESTRO 4S enables the separation of sensitive components right next to the score line without damage, by reducing the blade gap in programmable steps from 0.6 mm to 0.05 mm.
The separation process, optimized by a motor drive, uses a rotary blade on the assembly side and a linear blade on the solder side, thereby minimizing tensile and compressive stress and maintaining material integrity. The cutting speed is adjustable between 300 and 500 mm/s, and the device efficiently processes materials such as FR4 and aluminum.
The depaneler has a component height of up to 34 mm on both sides and comes with a comprehensive package including a power cable, foot switch, hex key, support table, and a user manual. With dimensions of 702 x 434 x 425 mm and a weight of 38 kg, the device is robust and suitable for industrial use.
