PCB separator MAESTRO 4S / 450 for aluminum PCBs
The MAESTRO 4S / 450, manufactured by CAB, is a highly specialized utility separator for aluminum circuit boards, distinguished by its ability to separate stress-free pre-scored circuit boards. This model features a maximum separation length of 450 mm and is equipped with a motor-driven rotary blade. It is particularly suitable for circuit boards up to 3.2 mm thick, while also protecting sensitive components right next to the score groove.
The programmable adjustment of the blade gap in increments between 0.6 mm and 0.05 mm allows for precise control of the separation process to minimize mechanical stress and preserve the integrity of the components. The utility separator can store up to eight cutting programs and processes the score groove in up to five steps, significantly reducing tensile and compressive stress.
Included with the utility separator are a power cable, a footswitch, an Allen wrench, a support table with mounting kit, a measuring device, and an instruction manual in German and English. The dimensions of the device are 702 mm in width, 434 mm in height, and 425 mm in depth, with a weight of 38 kg. The operation is optimized for a temperature range of 10 to 35 °C and a humidity of 10 to 85%.
