The MAESTRO 4S / 450 is a high-precision depaneling machine for aluminum PCBs, specifically designed for stress-free separation of pre-scored circuit boards. This model is ideal for applications where sensitive components are placed close to the scoring line and PCBs up to 3.2 mm thick need to be separated.
Thanks to advanced programming, up to nine different programs can be stored that control the separation process in 1 to 5 steps with a blade gap ranging from 0.9 mm to 0.05 mm. This minimizes tensile and compressive stress, thus effectively protecting the components from damage.
