PCB separator MAESTRO 4S / 600 for FR4 PCBs
The depaneling machine MAESTRO 4S / 600, manufactured by CAB, is specially designed for stress-free separation of pre-scored FR4 circuit boards. This device is distinguished by its ability to protect sensitive components right next to the scoring groove and efficiently separate circuit boards up to a thickness of 3.2 mm. It is also capable of separating aluminum circuit boards.
With a maximum cutting length of 600 mm and a motor-driven rotary blade, the MAESTRO 4S enables precise cuts. The machine offers programmable blade distances ranging from 0.6 mm to 0.05 mm, which can be adjusted in up to five steps to minimize tensile and compressive stresses and preserve the integrity of the components. Users can store up to eight cutting programs, enhancing adaptability.
