The de-paneling machine MAESTRO 4S / 600 is specifically designed for the stress-free separation of pre-scored FR4 and aluminum circuit boards. This device is characterized by its ability to separate circuit boards up to a thickness of 3.2 mm, even when sensitive components are mounted directly next to the score line. The separation process occurs in up to five programmable steps, with the blade distance gradually reduced from 0.6 mm to 0.05 mm. By repeatedly passing over the score line, tensile and compressive stresses are minimized, reducing the risk of damage.
