The depaneling machine MAESTRO 4S / 600 was specifically designed for stress-free separation of pre-scored aluminum printed circuit boards. This model ensures precise processing of circuit boards up to 3.2 mm thick. By using programmable cutting steps from 0.6 mm to 0.05 mm and the ability to save up to eight programs, high flexibility in manufacturing is achieved. Multiple passes over the score line minimize tensile and compressive stresses, thereby reducing the risk of damage to sensitive components near the score line. Increasing the blade distance by 0.1 mm already halves the tensile and compressive stress, and at 0.2 mm, it is minimized by more than tenfold. Technical Specifications:
