Knife Wave Pair with 10 "Ti" Blades
The MAESTRO 5L is an efficient device for separating pre-scored printed circuit boards, characterized by its ease of use and integration into existing assembly lines. The knife wave pair with 10 "Ti" blades and additional spacer rings allows for precise adjustment to the thickness of the circuit board, ensuring an almost tension-free separation. The circuit boards can be fed manually or automatically, with sensors monitoring the separation process. A light barrier at the end of the transport path enhances safety by preventing the unintended dropping of the boards.
